Compliance and enforcement actions

On 31 July 2026, a Compliance Notice was issued to NDIS Registered provider GVL Group Pty Ltd trading as Eternal disability care (EDC), under section 73ZM(1)(b) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act).

More specifically, the failure by GVL Group Pty Ltd trading as Eternal disability care (EDC) to be in breach of NDIS Code of Conduct Rules and NDIS Provider Registration and Practice Standards Rules and which is a breach of section 73J of the NDIS Act.

The notice requires GVL Group Pty Ltd trading as Eternal disability care (EDC) to take certain action in order to address non-compliance with section 73J of the NDIS Act.
