Compliance and enforcement actions

On 23 July 2026, NDIS Provider Axis Care Services Pty Ltd, was issued with a compliance notice under section 73ZM(1)(b) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.

The compliance notice relates to the NDIS (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules 2018, in relation to safeguarding that each participant is supported to live in a safe, respectful and supportive home environment and each participant is supported to have adequate safeguards in place to mitigate harm at home and when participants access their community.
