On 17 July 2026, a notice of revocation of registration was issued to Lifelink Supports Pty Ltd (ABN: 27683689858) under sections 73P(1)(d) and 73P(1)(e) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.

Lifelink Supports Pty Ltd can no longer operate as registered NDIS provider, including providing specialist behaviour support, specialist disability accommodation, plan management services, any class of support or service to a person whose NDIS plan is managed by the NDIA and implementing regulated restrictive practices.
