Vitium Care Services Pty Ltd can no longer operate as registered NDIS provider, including providing specialist behaviour support, specialist disability accommodation, plan management services, any class of support or service to a person whose NDIS plan is managed by the NDIA and implementing regulated restrictive practices.

The revocation decision was made on the basis that a delegate of the Commissioner was satisfied that Vitium Care Services Pty Ltd was no longer suitable to provide supports or services to people with disability. In forming this belief, the delegate had regard to outcomes of an audit undertaken of Vitium Care Services Pty Ltd and which identified a number of major non-conformities with applicable NDIS Practice Standards which Vitium Care Services Pty Ltd is alleged to have failed to rectify.
