Compliance and enforcement actions

On 15 July 2026, NDIS Provider Inglis Support Services Pty Ltd was issued with a compliance notice under paragraph 73ZM(1)(b) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act). Information available to the Commission suggests that Inglis Support Services Pty Ltd may not be complying with section 73V of the NDIS Act by failing to comply with requirements that apply to it as a Code-covered person under the NDIS Code of Conduct.

The notice requires Inglis Support Services Pty Ltd Group to take certain action in order to address possible non-compliance with section 73V of the NDIS Act.
