Compliance and enforcement actions

On 15 July 2026, a compliance notice was issued to Empowering Disability Partners Pty Ltd under section 73ZM(1)(b) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act). More specifically, Empowering Disability Partners Pty Ltd may not be meeting their obligations as a registered NDIS provider in relation to the NDIS Incident Management and Reportable Incidents Rules, which is a potential breach of section 73J of the NDIS Act.

The notice requires that Empowering Disability Partners Pty Ltd take certain actions to address the potential non-compliance with section 73J of the NDIS Act.
