Compliance and enforcement actions

On 15 June 2026 a compliance notice was issued to The Able Hub Pty Ltd under section 73ZM(1) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.

The notice requires The Able Hub Pty Ltd to take certain action in order to address non-compliance with:

• 73J of the NDIS Act because, as a registered NDIS provider, you failed to comply with a requirement of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules 2018 (Practice Standards).
• 73J of the NDIS Act because, as a registered NDIS provider, you failed to comply with a requirement of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018 (Incident Rules).
