Compliance and enforcement actions

On 3 June 2026, a compliance notice was issued to The Trustee for My Gold Coast Care Group t/a MGC Care Group under section 73ZM(1)(b) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act).

More specifically, the failure by The Trustee for My Gold Coast Care Group t/a MGC Care Group to be in breach of NDIS (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules, NDIS (Code of Conduct) Rules, NDIS (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules  and NDIS (Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support) Rules which is a breach of section 73J of the NDIS Act.

The notice requires The Trustee for My Gold Coast Care Group t/a MGC Care Group to take certain action in order to address non-compliance with section 73J of the NDIS Act.
