Compliance and enforcement actions

On 04 May 2026, a compliance notice was issued to Diverse Abilities Wellbeing Network Pty Ltd under section 73ZM(1)(b) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act).

More specifically, the failure by Diverse Abilities Wellbeing Network Pty Ltd to be in breach of NDIS (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules and Guidance which is a breach of section 73J of the NDIS Act.

The notice requires Diverse Abilities Wellbeing Network Pty Ltd to take certain action in order to address non-compliance with section 73J of the NDIS Act.
