    On 11 March 2025, a compliance notice was issued to My Guardian Group Pty Ltd under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. 

    The notice requires My Guardian Group Pty Ltd to take certain action in order to address non-compliance with Section 73J of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 and Section 20 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incident) Rules 2018.
