On 18 October 2024, a varied Compliance Notice was issued to Stride Mental Health Ltd (Stride) under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.

The varied Compliance Notice requires Stride to take specific actions to address non-compliance with section 20 of the Incident Management and Reportable Incidents Rules.
