A banning order originally issued on 15 April 2025 under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, has been varied on 27 June 2025.
The banning order prohibits Feterika Faleono, also known as Feterika Terry Faleono for a period of 2 years from engaging in any activities relating to the provision of delivering supports and services to people with disability, including NDIS funded participants and in particular, the following:
1. Provide or be involved or assist in the provision, to any NDIS Participant, of any support(s) or service(s) under a Participant’s Plan
2. Engage in any work or provide or perform any support(s) or service(s) (whether paid or unpaid), for or on behalf of any NDIS Provider, which may occasion any personal contact between you and a NDIS Participant.
The varied banning order is for a period of two (2) years effective from 5:00pm AEST on 4 July 2025, across all States and Territories of Australia.
