Harbour Ability Pty Ltd cannot operate as registered NDIS provider for a period of 30 days from 15 April 2026 until 15 May 2026. Harbour Ability Pty Ltd must not represent itself as a registered NDIS provider during the period of suspension.

Date and time of effect: 5:00 pm on 15 April 2026.

Further information: The suspension was issued on the basis that a delegate of the Commissioner reasonably believes that Harbour Ability Pty Ltd contravened conditions of registration under sections 73F(2)(b) (conditions of registration under the NDIS Code of Conduct) and 73F(2)(c) (conditions of registration under the NDIS Practice Standards). More specifically, Harbour Ability Pty Ltd is alleged to have failed to ensure that each participant is supported by the provider to make informed choices, exercise control and maximise their independence in relation to the supports provided, and ensure each participant experiences a planned and coordinated transition to or from the provider.
