    On 25 February 2025, a compliance notice was issued to The Basic Company Pty Ltd t/a ‘Humdrum Training’ and ‘Humdrum Community’ (Humdrum) under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. 

    The notice requires Humdrum to take certain action in order to address non-compliance with section 73V of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.
