On 15 August 2025 pursuant to section 103(2) of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 (Cth), the banning order made pursuant to section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (Cth) on 13 December 2024 is varied in the following way:
The banning order prohibits Mr Edwin Kiyeng from being engaged in NDIS activities, being providing supports and services to people with disability in the NDIS, without the presence of another support worker or supervisor on duty, taking effect from 5pm on 20 December 2024 and ceasing at 5pm on 19 December 2025.
