On 2 June 2023, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2A) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act) prohibiting Mr Peter Sargent from being involved directly or indirectly in the provision of supports and services to NDIS participants for a period of four (4) years, effective from 5:00 pm ACST on Monday, 12 June 2023.
