    On 30 April 2025, a banning order issued against Jhonna Williams was varied under section 73ZO of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 to reduce the period it remains in force to three months from its commencement date.

    The original banning order was made on 6 February 2025 under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the NDIS Act, and took effect from 5:00pm AEST on 8 February 2025. It prohibited Jhonna Williams from:

    1. Providing, or being involved in or assisting with the provision of, any support to any NDIS participant under a participant’s plan; and
    2. Providing, or being involved in or assisting with the provision of, any service to any NDIS participant under a participant’s plan.

    The banning order is effective from 5:00pm AEST on 8 February 2025 until 8 May 2025, across all States and Territories of Australia.
