On 10 June 2021, a banning order was made under sections 73ZN(2)(a)(i) and 73ZN(2)(a)(ii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Amy June Collins from being involved in the provision of disability supports or services to people with disability, effective from 5:00 pm on 10 June 2021.
