Compliance and enforcement actions

On 4 November 2024, a notice of revocation of registration was issued to Infinate Care Pty Ltd. On 10 February 2025, the revocation was varied under section 100 of the NDIS Act.

The decision to revoke Infinate Care Pty Ltd’s registration is made pursuant to sections 73P(1)(a) and 73P(1)(d) of the NDIS Act, effective 10 February 2025. 

The revocation takes effect from 5 pm on 22 November 2024.
