On 17 July 2019 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Sha-Nin Cheong from providing disability supports and services, directly or indirectly, to NDIS-funded participants for a period of 12 months, effective from 5:00 pm on 17 July 2019
