On 27 November 2022, a banning order initially issued on 14 April 2022 was varied under section 73ZO(1) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The order prohibited Mr. Habinomana Nzokila from being involved in the provision of supports and services to NDIS participants for a period of one year. The ban became effective from 5:00 pm on 2 December 2022.
