On 22 December 2023, a banning order was issued under section 73ZN(1)(b)(iv) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, prohibiting Duarn Tristan Brent Watts from providing disability supports and services, directly or indirectly, to participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme, for a period of three (3) months, effective from 5:00 pm on 22 December 2023
