    On 22 November 2021, a compliance notice was issued to Aruma Foundation Ltd. under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires Aruma Foundation Ltd. to take certain action in order to address possible non-compliance by it with sections 9 and 12 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support) Rules 2018. Aruma Foundation Ltd has fulfilled the requirements of the compliance notice.
