Compliance and enforcement actions

On 12 December 2023, a compliance notice was issued to Home Caring Pty Ltd under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires Home Caring Pty Ltd to take certain action in order to address possible non-compliance with section 12 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support) Rules 2018.
