On 11 November 2021, a suspension notice was issued to Lynn Clara Scargill, suspending her registration for a period of 30 days, effective immediately. On 17 December 2021, a suspension notice was issued to Lynn Clara Scargill, suspending her registration for a period of 30 days, effective immediately. On 14 February 2022, a suspension notice was issued to Lynn Clara Scargill, suspending her registration for a period of 30 days, effective at 9:00am on 15 February 2022. On 16 March 2022, a further suspension notice was made regarding Lynn Clara Scargill, suspending her registration for a period of 30 days, effective at 9:00am on 17 March 2022. The suspensions of registration were based on section 73N(1)(a) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013
