Compliance and enforcement actions

On 2 November 2023, a notice of revocation of registration was issued to Quick Health and Care Services Pty Ltd under section 73P(1)(a), 73P(1)(d) and 73P(1)(e) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (the NDIS Act). The revocation takes effect from 5:00pm on 3 November 2023.
