Compliance and enforcement actions

On 6 December 2021, a compliance notice was issued to Adachi Disability Services Pty Ltd under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires Adachi Disability Services Pty Ltd to take certain action in order to address possible non-compliance by it with sections 10, 12 and 20 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018, section 8 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Complaints Management and Resolution) Rules 2018, and paragraphs (b) and (e) of the NDIS Code of Conduct, contained in section 6 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Code of Conduct) Rules 2018.
