Compliance and enforcement actions

On 20 July 2023, the compliance notice was varied under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The variation extended the date by which PHW must take to complete the remaining required actions in order to address non-compliance identified in the compliance notice.
