On 8 March 2023 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability and Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Nada Hamze from being involved in the provision of supports or services to people with disability as a member of key personnel (as defined under section 11A of the NDIS Act) of a NDIS provider, effective from 15 March 2023 at 5.00pm.
