Compliance and enforcement actions

On 24 October 2022, a banning order was issued under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Anthony Grech from being involved in the provision of supports or services to people with disability  for a period of two(2) years, effective from 5:00 pm on 2 November 2022.
