NDIS Commission bans Monique Jeremiah of Diversity Models from NDIS

The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission) has banned Monique Jeremiah of Diversity Models from providing supports and services to people with disability under the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Further, the NDIS Commission has revoked the registration of Mon Cheri Gifts Pty Ltd, trading as Diversity Models. The revocation means Diversity Models will no longer be registered to provide services to NDIS participants that have funding managed by the National Disability Insurance Agency.

Registration revocation and banning orders are considered the NDIS Commission’s most serious compliance and enforcement actions, and are only applied in the most serious cases of poor conduct.

The banning order for Monique Jeremiah comes into effect on 30 April 2026 and operates across all States and Territories in Australia. The revocation of Diversity Models’ registration comes into effect from 12 May 2026.

This compliance action follows an investigation into Monique Jeremiah and Diversity Models that uncovered serious and systemic breaches of the NDIS Code of Conduct. The investigation uncovered instances of bullying on social media, privacy breaches and lack of participant choice and control.

NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commissioner Louise Glanville said the NDIS Commission is committed to taking strong action against organisations and individuals that risk the safety of participants.

“The safety and wellbeing of people with disability is our priority,” Commissioner Glanville said.

“All providers and workers delivering supports and services under the NDIS must respect the privacy of people with disability, and act with integrity, honesty and transparency.

“Our investigations found that Monique Jeremiah’s conduct did not meet the standard of someone who operates a registered NDIS provider and presented a risk to the safety of people with disability and the sustainability of the NDIS Scheme.”

The NDIS Commission will take further action as appropriate. Full details are available on the Compliance and Enforcement register: Compliance and enforcement actions search | NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
