On 15 June 2026 a compliance notice was issued to The Able Hub Pty Ltd under section 73ZM(1) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.

- 73J of the NDIS Act because, as a registered NDIS provider, you failed to comply with a requirement of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules 2018 (Practice Standards).
- 73J of the NDIS Act because, as a registered NDIS provider, you failed to comply with a requirement of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018 (Incident Rules).
