  • an NDIS participant being neglected or abused

  • low-quality supports provided to an NDIS participant
  • no supports being provided to an NDIS participant, or supports that may stop soon

  • supports and services at risk of stopping
  • something that negatively changes the mental state of the NDIS participant

  • misuse of NDIS funding or fraud, including misuse of funds that leads to supports stopping
  • an NDIS provider taking advantage of a participant

  • provider conflict of interest

  • breach of privacy

  • NDIS providers using unfair practices to attract participants.

NDIS participants include...

  • a person with disability who has an NDIS plan
  • a person with an NDIS plan living in residential aged care.
