Compliance and enforcement actions

On 15 August 2022, a banning order notice was made under section 73ZN(1)(a) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Advance Accessibility Services Pty Ltd from being involved in the provision of supports or services to NDIS participants, both directly and indirectly, for a period of 2 years, effective from 5:00 pm on 26 August 2022.
