On 15 August 2022, a banning order notice was made under section 73ZN(1)(a) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Muna El-Shreffy from being involved in the provision of supports or services to NDIS participants, both directly and indirectly, for a period of 2 years, effective from 5:00 pm on 26 August 2022.
