On 25 July 2023, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(1)(a) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting AlliedHealth Cleaning Services Pty Ltd from providing NDIS supports and services to people with disability for a period of five (5) years, effective from 5:00 pm on 16 August 2023.
