On 18 December 2023, a banning order originallly issued on 14 September 2023 was varied under section 73ZO of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The varied banning order made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibits Mark Andrew Hutton from being involved in the provision of supports and services, directly or indirectly, to people with disability. The banning order takes effect from 5:00pm on 18 December 2023.
