On 11 October 2023 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Ebtesam Ibrahim Mahmoud Fahmy from being involved, directly and indirectly, in the provision of NDIS supports or services to people with disability for a period of two (2) years, effective from 5pm on 12 October 2023.
