On 19 October 2023, a banning order was made under sections 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) and 73ZN(2)(a)(iv) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Mohammad Abdullah from being involved in the provision of NDIS supports and services to people with disability for a period of ten (10) years effective from 20 October 2023.
