On 18 February 2021, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Roseanna Barletta from providing disability supports and services, directly or indirectly, to NDIS-funded participants for a period of 4 years, effective from 5:00 pm on 19 February 2021.
