On 31 October 2022, an original banning order issued on 16 February 2021 was varied under section 73ZO(1) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, permanently prohibiting Christopher Palmares Sy from providing disability supports, directly or indirectly, to people with disability, effective from 31 October 2022.
