Compliance and enforcement actions

On 1 November 2019 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Violeta Hansen from providing disability supports and services, directly or indirectly, to NDIS-funded participants, effective from 5:00 pm on 1 November 2019.
