On 19 October 2023, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(1)(a) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Allied Media Group Pty Ltd from providing, directly or indirectly, NDIS supports and services to people with disability for a period of two (2) years effective from 5:00pm 9 November 2023.
