Compliance and enforcement actions

A banning order originally issued on 19 June 2019 and modified on 16 June 2020 was further varied on 18 June 2021. The order was changed to impose a permanent ban, effective from 20 June 2021. As a result, Mostafa Hilmi is permanently prohibited from being involved, directly or indirectly, in the provision of disability supports and services.
