On 18 June 2021, a banning order originally issued on 19 June 2019 was varied under section 73ZO(1) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, permanently prohibiting Michelle Ross from being involved, directly or indirectly, in the provision of disability supports and services.
