On 5 May 2020, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Folototo Fa’asolo from providing disability supports and services, directly or indirectly, to NDIS-funded participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme, for a period of 5 years, effective from 5:00 pm on 6 May 2020.
