On 9 May 2022, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Candice Dixie Tennant Dover from being involved in the provision of NDIS funded supports and services, to people with disability for a period of two (2) years, effective from 5:00pm on 10 May 2022.
