Compliance and enforcement actions

On 2 November 2023, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(1)(a) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Quick Health and Care Services Pty Ltd from providing, directly or indirectly, NDIS supports and services to people with disability for a period of two (2) years effective from 5:00pm on 3 November 2023.
