On 6 April 2023, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Mr Shane Tyrrell from being involved in the provision of supports and services to NDIS participants, effective from 11 April 2023 at 5:00 (QLD).
