On 20 September 2023, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Scott Alexander Horton from being involved in the provision of supports or services to NDIS participants, effective from 5:00 pm on 27 September 2023.
